Stina creates the right environment for the best possible outcome. ~Strategic Planning Client

If you want someone who can skillfully maneuver a group of very different people into a single, engaging experience that has meaning and value to all present, Stina is who you should hire. ~Strategic Planning Client

Stina is a remarkable facilitator – attuned to *everything* – and she made a really remarkable experience possible. ~Mastermind Retreat, Open Agency Network 2023

It's a rare facilitator who understands emergence, systems thinking and the practicality of keeping a group on pace. Stina is that rare facilitator, who navigates easily between theory and practice, weaving spaces for people to do their best work. ~Mastermind Retreat, Open Agency Network

Stina and her team took on the challenge of transforming a three-day in-person meeting for a philanthropic learning collaborative into a compelling, highly-engaging virtual meeting. The ease, the co-creation of an environment for authentic connection and learning, and the use of beautiful, real-time scribing was just what our over-ZOOMED nervous systems needed. Wonderful to work you and your incredibly talented team!
~ Community of Practice Client

I have complete trust in Stina. I’ve seen her pivot from a plan when needed and stick to a plan when under pressure to change it. The benefit of working with Stina is that she doesn’t have a one-size fits all approach – rather, she brings a wide-array of skills to the table and uses them as needed. She reads a room and a situation and adapts accordingly. She leads with her head and her heart and helps other do the same. I am grateful to have worked with Stina. ~ Chad Lubelski, Acting Chief Program Officer, McConnell Family Foundation

Working with Stina is a bit like tugging the loose thread in your sweater. The more you pull, the longer the string gets. She has a deeply holistic and multi-faceted approach to coaching that allows you to see your challenge from multiple perspectives: a theoretical one based in social science and research, an interpersonal one rooted in human dynamics and psychology, and an individual one grounded in self-awareness and reflection. I got so much more out of my time with Stina than I thought I was looking for. She offers a rare and critical service to those who are expected to help others, whether they be clients or staff. ~ Consultant Coaching Client

Stina is a master at guiding a group through the really deep work of exploring personal and professional challenges and vulnerabilities that stand in the way of progress. She creates a structure for the work that is inquisitive, comprehensive, safe, and fun. She makes what could be an otherwise very draining experience feel uplifting. Succinctly: She creates a space to tackle the everyday challenges that often feel daunting to professionals and turn them into transformative exploration and discovery. ~Strategic Planning ClientStina creates spaces where it’s easier to be authentic and transparent. That’s critical for visioning, strategic planning and problem solving work. Stina helps make a space where that hard and important work can happen. ~OAN

The board has exploded in its ability to work together (particularly out of the core you worked with). Major decisions/discussions are going through, most committees are up and humming, we are looking now to restructure our executive (which we couldn’t have done before), our staff, students, parents, alumni, and other constituencies have been consulted on the strategic plan, and we’re looking to find a replacement for me as my year runs out. Thanks so much for your help. ~ St Thomas Moore Collegiate

Social Change Institute 2012 @ Hollyhock

Stina is a deeply thoughtful and insightful facilitator. She intuitively understands the dynamics of a group, easily navigating between real-time needs and an established agenda. Not every facilitator brings wit, kindness and empathy to their process – Stina does, and the results speak for themselves. ~Strategic Planning Client
